Coldwell Banker Premier was founded by Steve DuBrueler in 1994 in Winchester, VA and affiliated with the Coldwell Banker brand the next year in 1995.
In March of 2022, Coldwell Banker Premier entered the Coastal Virginia market with the acquisition of James & Lee Realty in Virginia Beach.
