Coldwell Banker Premier was founded by Steve DuBrueler in 1994 in Winchester, VA and affiliated with the Coldwell Banker brand the next year in 1995.
In the late 1990's, Coldwell Banker Premier expanded into West Virginia with the opening of it's Martinsburg office. Since then, we have continued to expand our market share in the eastern panhandle and are proud to be named the #1 Coldwell Banker affiliate in the state.
