WINTER RENTALS
Winter Rentals are monthly rentals during the off-season months, generally October through April. Tenants pay one monthly rate, due on the first of each month.
These lease agreements extend beyond 120 days and are therefore governed by the Delaware Landlord Tenant Code. Due to the length of the lease, a credit application is required and an application fee must be paid. The application fee is not applied toward any payment associated with the lease, and the details of the credit report will be discussed with the landlord prior to a lease being written. As part of the application, please provide your agent with rental references, employment verification, and pay stubs.
