Three of Coldwell Banker Premier’s Leaders Named 2026 RISMedia Real Estate Newsmakers
Coldwell Banker Premier is proud to announce that three of our leaders have been recognized as 2026 RISMedia Real Estate Newsmakers. Steve DuBrueler, our Founder and CEO; Stephen Meadows, Chief Operating Officer; and Tristin Prince, Digital Marketing Manager, join an elite group of industry professionals honored for their impactful contributions to real estate and the communities they serve.
This recognition underscores Coldwell Banker Premier’s growing influence across leadership, innovation, marketing, and technology in the real estate industry.
The 2026 RISMedia Real Estate Newsmakers will be featured in the Q1 issue of Real Estate Magazine, and RISMedia will honor this year’s honorees at its Annual Awards Gala during the 38th Annual CEO & Leadership Exchange, September 30–October 2, 2026, at the Fairmont Georgetown in Washington, D.C.
What It Means to Be a RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker
RISMedia is a leading U.S. real estate news and information platform. Each year, their Real Estate Newsmakers list highlights 300+ professionals who have made newsworthy contributions to the industry. Winners are peer-nominated and selected by RISMedia’s executive and editorial teams, and are grouped into categories including Influencers, Trailblazers, Futurists, Achievers, Crusaders, and Luminaries.
RISMedia Founder and CEO John Featherston praised this year’s honorees:
“Our 2026 Real Estate Newsmakers demonstrated the dedication, ingenuity, and integrity it takes to serve their companies, clients, and communities at the highest level. They stand out as true professionals we all can look up to.”
Steve DuBrueler: Achiever and Visionary Leader
Steve DuBrueler, recognized in the Achievers category, has built Coldwell Banker Premier into a top 1% nationwide real estate brokerage. Since founding the company in 1995, DuBrueler has expanded Premier across eight states while prioritizing agent support and well-being.
Known for his guiding principle of “doing the right thing,” DuBrueler is one of the few real estate leaders to provide agents with a full benefits package, including health insurance and retirement planning.
“I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built and continue to accomplish, but real success goes beyond sales and statistics,” DuBrueler says. “It’s about taking care of our people and making a positive difference in the communities we have the privilege to serve.”
DuBrueler has also led his team in supporting more than 175 charities and climbed several of the world’s tallest peaks to raise funds for charitable organizations.
Stephen Meadows: Futurist Driving Industry Innovation
Stephen Meadows, Premier’s COO, is recognized in the Futurists category, which celebrates innovators preparing the real estate world for what’s next. Since joining Premier in 2020, Meadows has overseen 11 mergers, tripling the size of the company, and implemented strategic growth initiatives to provide agents with new tools and resources.
With over 25 years of real estate experience, Meadows is also a published author, business consultant, and AI specialist. He previously earned the RealTrends Emerging Leaders award for driving meaningful growth and contributing to the housing economy.
“I am humbled and honored to be recognized alongside my colleagues for my passion to continually drive innovation and help improve the lives and careers of our agents,” Meadows says.
Tristin Prince: Influencer Shaping the Future of Marketing
Tristin Prince, Digital Marketing Manager, is featured in the Influencers category, which highlights professionals who inspire through fresh perspectives, expertise, and thought leadership.
Prince joined Coldwell Banker Premier in 2024 and has been instrumental in developing marketing systems that support nearly 400 agents. Her career started with her own social media marketing business, and she previously served as Marketing Manager for a Coldwell Banker affiliate in Louisiana. In 2025, Prince earned the Coldwell Banker “30 Under 30” award, recognizing young professionals excelling in sales, leadership, and community service.
“Being recognized as a 2026 RISMedia Newsmaker means so much to me,” Prince says. “It’s an honor to be included alongside my fellow leaders and so many incredible newsmakers. I’m also deeply grateful for the marketing team I work alongside every day, whose talent and dedication make this work possible.”
