What the RealTrends Verified Awards Represent

To qualify for 2025 recognition (based on 2024 production):

• Individual agents needed to close at least 25 residential transaction sides or $10 million in volume.
• Teams needed to close at least 40 sides or $16 million in volume.

Each submission goes through a verification process to ensure accuracy, making these rankings one of the most credible measures of success in real estate today.
