Coldwell Banker Premier Celebrates Top Real Estate Agents at Delaware Awards Gala
April 2, 2026 (Delaware) – Coldwell Banker Premier proudly celebrated its top-performing agents and team members at the annual Delaware Awards Gala, held on March 26, 2026 at The Clubhouse at Baywood in Long Neck, Delaware.
The event brought together agents and staff from the company’s Delaware offices in Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Seaford, and Milford, along with leadership and corporate team members traveling in from across the country and internationally. The evening focused on recognizing outstanding performance, honoring dedication, and celebrating the people behind the success.

A standout moment of the evening was the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to Ellen Ewell. With a remarkable 45-year career in real estate, including more than two decades with Coldwell Banker, Ellen has been a steady and trusted presence within the organization. As she prepares for retirement this May, her impact and legacy were celebrated by colleagues who have worked alongside her for years.

The evening was hosted by Chief Operating Officer Stephen Meadows, who emphasized the importance of recognizing the people behind the production.
