Coldwell Banker Premier Welcomes Delaware Real Estate Leader Carol Barnhardt to Our Leadership Team

A respected industry veteran joins Premier to lead three Delaware offices while bringing her award-winning sales team to the company.

With nearly 40 years of experience spanning brokerage ownership, franchise leadership, mortgage management, recruiting, and agent development, Carol brings an extraordinary depth of knowledge to our Delaware leadership team. She officially joined Coldwell Banker Premier on July 16, 2026, and will oversee approximately 80 agents across the three offices.

We’re also thrilled to announce that The Barnhardt Group, Carol’s highly successful real estate team, will be joining Coldwell Banker Premier in the coming days.

A Career Built on Leadership and Results

Carol began her real estate career in 1986 and earned her broker’s license just two years later. Alongside her husband, Bob, she successfully owned and operated Realty World, Century 21, and RE/MAX franchises in New Jersey before expanding into mortgage lending as a Loan Originator and branch manager.

Her diverse background has given her a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the home buying journey—from financing to closing—allowing her to guide both agents and clients with confidence and expertise.

Most recently, Carol served as Assistant Team Leader and Career Development Director for Keller Williams Realty Delaware Beaches, where she focused on recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and helping agents build rewarding, long-term careers.

Supporting Agents at Every Stage

In her new leadership role, Carol will focus on coaching agents, helping them strengthen their businesses, adapt to industry changes, and achieve long-term success. She will also work closely with Coldwell Banker Premier’s talent attraction team as the company continues to grow throughout Delaware.

Helping others has always been central to Carol’s career.
