One of my clients once wrote in a review, "She's a hugger... white glove service with a hug at the end. It couldn't have been any easier..." This was probably the most satisfying and accurate description of what I strive to provide in my business. I have been a Realtor for 9 years and love it! To compliment those 9 years I also bring over 25 years of home design, interior design, home staging, large and small-scale event planning and community volunteer program development. I am licensed in West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia. This means I can sell or show you options in all states to find the PERFECT property or sell your current one! My experience in interior design and home staging means I possess a keen understanding of what makes a home as marketable as possible. As a listing agent, I go over the selling process from start to finish, walk through your property with you and give you my best advice on what I think will make your home appeal to the greatest number of people so you can sell in the least amount of time. As a buyer agent, if the perfect property is not on the market when you are looking, I will help you see the possibilities in a property that might not be exactly what you are looking for initially. By giving you ideas and advice on how to remodel or renovate, we can take a property from almost perfect to dream home status!

In a related real estate vein, I am part of a team that designs and builds unique, gorgeous upscale and luxury homes. Another facet of this team is the purchase of distressed properties to update, improve and re-sell, also known as "flipping." Modern, clean and quality work is done on the properties so the new owners can move in and start a new adventure stress free! Plus, we fully understand that leaving the properties in better condition after we finish than when we purchased is a better service to all of us.

Serving others is a privilege and a cornerstone of my beliefs. A real estate transaction is like putting a puzzle together for me and my clients. We start with many pieces, organize them into manageable tasks, figure out which pieces fit where and have fun in the process. The end results are satisfied clients who are happy with the sale of their property or the purchase of their new home, or both!

I live in West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle and enjoy time with family and friends, floating on the Potomac River, running, skiing and volunteering in my community with our local Rotary Club, the schools, local running races and various other programs. I love people and I really enjoy having a great time with my clients. Making the best emotional and financial decision on one of the largest purchases in your life can be daunting, but I am here to help make it pleasant and fun. My goal is to make you feel comfortable all the way to the closing table!
